The LYA Massage and Body Oil is a natural product made up of a unique blend of plant oils rich in vitamins, antioxidants, Omega 6 and fatty acids. All of these together help nourish and soothe the skin. This oil helps stimulate skin blood circulation, providing an overall shine and suppleness to create silky soft a moisturised skin. The LYA Massage and Body Oil is light and easily absorbed and does not leave any stains or greasiness on the skin. The components of almond oil, Grapeseed oil, apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil, Pomegranate oil and coconut oil all together give a rich balance of vitamin E, creating a deeply moisturised and soft skin. The sunflower oil content helps hydrate and maintain smooth skin. The Lavender and orange essential oils help both lift your mood and reduce stress, therefore helping regenerate and revitalize skin and calm a busy mind. This also helps promote increased blood flow, helping with problems such as muscle tension or pain and inflammation. Wheatgerm oil and a mix of lavender oil relieve symptoms of dry and sensitive skin and cell promote cell growth. This oil can be used by both men and women and is an ideal after bath or shower compliment to help you relax even more.
sesame oil is used as a lubricant in massage. It penetrates deep into the skin to provide nourishment and helps relieve stress. It also has a great source of vitamin E, which is beneficial for promoting moisture for the skin, reducing the appearance of stretch marks and helping prevent ageing spots/dark areas. It is also a great remedy for relieving muscle pains and spasms.
Grapeseed oil has ample amounts of Vitamin E, linolenic acid, and phenolic compounds and doesn’t carry any sort of smell. It is very relaxing on the skin whilst adding a glow. It also has antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Jojoba Oil Is great for the Skin. Jojoba oil is loaded with Vitamin E and B along with beneficial minerals that nourish and protect the skin. Jojoba oil is similar to the natural sebum in our skin and improves skin elasticity, suppleness and prevents dehydration. It also contains myristic acid, which is a natural anti-inflammatory that helps in treating rheumatism and arthritis.
Apricot kernel oil is the best choice for sensitive, inflamed or dry skin. Apricot kernel oil is a non-irritant, soothing oil that absorbs easily and quickly spreads over your skin. Apricot oil is rich in vitamin E, vitamin A and essential fatty acids and holds great moisturising properties.
Wheat germ oil is very rich in vitamin E. Vitamin E is responsible for keeping our skin young as well as an extension of its youth. This oil contains other vitamins required for the skin that perfectly help tone, refresh, moisturise, nourish and temper any skin type. This oil removes various contaminants from the skin and pores, along with helping to get rid of toxins and other harmful substances on the skin.
Sunflower Oil is light and absorbs quickly into the skin, making it ideal for massage. Sunflower Oil has one of the highest contents of Vitamin E, a known antioxidant. Sunflower Oil also has a wealth of essential unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin, as well as vital minerals and vitamins. It is a wonderful moisturizer and works to keep dry, prematurely aged, and damaged skin properly hydrated.

Top tips: The best time to apply the oil is right when stepping out of the shower or bath and your skin still is worm and a little bit damp.
At home: Apply a small amount before showering to prevent dry skin. It can be used as a daily moisturizer and applied after the shower or bath to give a hydrated feel.
At the Spa: Apply a small amount for a deeply moisturizing and skin-conditioning massage experience.
Ideal for a de-stress and skin conditioning massage: Apply a small amount of oil to one palm. Rub your hands together to warm the oil, then massage into your skin as desired.

*Apply a small amount of the oil or cream to the inside of your forearm and wait a few minutes to see if any irritation occurs. For a more accurate test, cover the area with a bandage and 24 hours and see if any irritation occurs. If you don’t experience any itching, swelling, or other negative reaction, it should be safe to apply elsewhere.
